This is an indoor market!  The floor is carpeted with A/C. You are required to bring your own table, chairs, and anything else you see fit to make the event successful. Tents/structure of tents are NOT ALLOWED. 

Electricity is not included in your registration, click here to add electricity.

Booths selected are always requested booth spaces, changes are made from time to time and may be made without notice.  

To register as an exhibitor for the Big Top Entertainment Markets please:

  • Select a booth number from the list.
  • The price will automatically populate for you, then click add to cart.
  • To create a larger booth space select multiple booths.

  • If you select a booth number and the website says "not enough inventory" then that desired booth has already been registered and paid for by another exhibitor.

Saturday, July 26th starting once customers have cleared the convention center, after 4pm.

Refunds/Event Rain Out:

Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.  There are no cash refunds. 

All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to info@bigtop.show.

In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.
