Please remember that all vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher present at your booth, whether you sell food or not. The fire extinguisher must be ABC rated. Here's an example: Fire Extinguishers.

We do not run electricity for this market but you can bring an electric generator or power inverter, view examples here.
We do not have a WIFI connection at this event. You will need to bring your own hot spot or use your cellular network.

|
|
|
Trash/dumpster usage: there is an on site dumpster located near the Library, closest to the Exhibitor set up/break down entrance. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.

You will be able to drive up to your booth until we can no longer get vehicles in the park. If you have a trailer plan to come early Friday. Be prepared with a dolly/wagon as you may have to carry items depending when you arrive, where your booth is located and how many of your neighbors have moved in before you.

Reminders:
- Speed limit 10 MPH.
- Stay to the right, as the Trolley uses this path.
- Height limit 10.5 feet tall – if your vehicle is taller than 10.5 feet, e-mail info@bigtop.show for special instructions.
- NO LOADING from the circle drive in front of the park (looking at Market Street)
- NO LOADING or parking at the Montgomery County Library. THE LIBRARY WILL TOW VEHICLES.
Expect some congestion. You will need to unload your vehicle, then go park, then come back to set up and merchandise.
Do not unpack or merchandise anything until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Park legally and Respect other businesses as they were your own. No parking at Tinseltown Movie Theater, The Woodlands Mall, or Market Street.
TRAILERS: can be parked at your own risk in either of the above locations. There are a few street level parking spots at the entrance of the Town Center Parking Garage, there is also a small ground level parking lot just behind/passed the parking garage where you can park trailers.

LOAD OUT OPTIONS:
Breakdown starts Sunday at 5pm OR when customers leave the market.
- At the close of business, break down your booth completely.
- Ensure no trash is in your both this includes rubber bands, zip ties, plastic wrap, empty boxes, food trash and anything that you don't want to take home with you.
- Dumpsters are provided at the loading dock.
- When you are packed and ready to go find an attendant - we will be wearing safety vests.
- The attendant will inspect your booth and if you are good-to-go you will be given a breakdown pass.
- Once you have a breakdown pass you can begin to load out.
Load Out Options:
Roll out: if you have small light weight items and can carry/dolly/wagon your items to your vehicle this is the best and fastest option.
Drive UP: if you have larger/heavier items and want to drive to your booth. Order that vehicles will be able to drive up - this is for safety, this is also for use of space. TRAILERS cannot fit until some outdoor booths are broken down.
