Friday, July 18th:

11am-6pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive to loading dock at the back of building)

Drive up for unloading ends at 6p on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed at the loading dock after 6p on Friday.

**The loading dock entrance is right across the street from the parking garage.

This loading dock only has ONE entrance/exit and is very tight once you enter. Please DO NOT park in any parking spots at the loading dock because The Marriott WILL TOW. You must park on the curb where a Big Top Employee directs you or get in line for one of two lanes of traffic at the loading dock.

Saturday, July 19th:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in only)

Saturday morning, you may arrive at the loading dock from 7a-8:30a. After 8:30am, the loading dock gate will close.

If you are not at your booth by 8am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours: Saturday, July 19th, 9am-4pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area to the parking garage across the street-the address is listed below.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

To get to the convention center from the parking garage:

-Park on garage level 4
-Take the sky bridge (indoor/ac) on level 4 to the Marriott
-Take the elevator down to level 1 and you will be at the Boutique Pop Up!
**Please note that The Marriott let us know their escalator will be under construction and their elevator will have to be used instead. Please take this into consideration when planning your time - especially if you plan on dollying in or out. **

Exhibitor Parking Saturday:
Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave. Park in the far side, back row, furthest parking spot you can find in the parking garage listed above. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like. Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk. Utilize the parking area in front of the parking garage for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Saturday, July 19th:

4pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to front doors)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock. DO NOT PRE-PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT THE LOADING DOCK BEFORE BREAKDOWN BEGINS. IF YOU DO, IT WILL CAUSE A TRAFFIC JAM AND MAKE THE PROCESS LONGER FOR EVERYONE. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL YOUR BOOTH HAS BEEN BROKEN DOWN, PACKED UP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, AND MOVED AS CLOSE TO THE LOADING DOCK AS POSSIBLE FOR QUICK LOAD OUT.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Step 3: Get vehicle to come load-up.

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott is offering electric drops at a fee. You must register here to purchase electricity and register before July 18th. Make sure to bring extension cords and tape to reach your outlet and then tape the extension cords down to the ground. You cannot add electricity the day of the event.

Directions on registering:

-Check box "power" and select how many outlets/units

-Conference attending will be "Big Top Entertainment"

-Company is YOUR company name

-Booth # is the booth you registered for

-You don't have to enter description or upload diagram

-Rental date will be July 19th, 2025

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors. Please note that the WiFi connection is NOT secure. If you need a secure connection, you can also bring your own cellular devices/mobile hot spot or purchase a secure connection on-site. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
