Friday, October 31st:

10am-5pm: Exhibitor Move-In

Overnight security.

Saturday, November 1st:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In

Check-In/Set-up ends at 5pm on Friday,

you will not be allowed on the grounds after 5pm.

If you are not at your booth by 8:30am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Saturday, November 1st: 9am-4pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the front door area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Parking directions will be given to you at check in.

Trailer Parking: NO unhitched trailers can be left in the parking lot over night. You will need to park hitched during set up and during event.

Saturday, Nov 1st:

4pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly Out)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading area.

BTE Staff will let you know when you can begin to form a line to drive in for load up. Please be conscious that we are guests at Pine Market and move-out in an orderly fashion. Existing B&M businesses will be open including the Harvest Market grocery store which we are utilizing a portion of their parking lot for the event.

Do not break down barricades, enter in from the wrong direction or over all be difficult and rude to work with. Wishing you the highest and happiest of a sales day and pack your patience so we can leave in an orderly and organized way.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Please leave booth clean and free of any debris.

Step 3: Get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity will not be provided to Exhibitors. You are encouraged to bring a power inverter to provide your own power. Check out good recommendations for electric generators (power inverter) are here.

WIFI is not provided for exhibitors If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
