Saturday, August 3th starting once customers have cleared the civic center, after 5pm. All Exhibitors must be moved out by 9pm.

Exhibitor Load In Address:Loading dock located at the back of the Waxahachie Civic Center. NO load in from the front doors or side doors of the building.

Refunds/Event Rain Out:
Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market. There are no cash refunds.
All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to info@bigtop.show.
In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.
