Booths selected are always requested booth spaces, changes are made from time to time and may be made without notice.
To register as an exhibitor for Valley Ranch 4th Fest:
- Select a booth size from the list.
- The price will automatically populate for you, then click add to cart.
- To create a larger booth space select multiple booths.
- Note all booths are assigned on arrival to make for a faster move in. All booths are located on a cemented streat so you will be able to drive up to load and unload.

- 8:00 – 9:15 PM – Opening Ceremonies at the Freedom Over Texas Music Stage.
- 9:30 – 10:00 PM – The Greatest Firework Display in Montgomery County.
- 8:45 – 10:30 PM – Exhibitor Move-Out - dolly out
- 10:30 - close – Exhibitor Move-Out - Drive Up

Refunds/Event Rain Out:
Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market. There are no cash refunds.
All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to info@bigtop.show.
In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.
