This is an outdoor Christmas Themed Market ON GRASS during the night hours. You are required to bring your own tent, tent weights, LIGHTS, table, chairs, and anything else you need to be successful.
Electricity is provided for this event but please bring extension cords to make sure you can properly reach the plug-in.
To register as an exhibitor for the Dear Santa Night Market at Valley Ranch in New Caney:
- Select a booth number from the list.
- The price will automatically populate for you, then click add to cart.
- To create a larger booth space select multiple booths.
- If you select a booth number and the website says "sold out" then that desired booth has already been registered and paid for by another exhibitor.
- ALL spots are Assigned Upon Arrival.

Refunds/Event Rain Out:
Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market. There are no cash refunds.
All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to info@bigtop.show.
In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.
