Friday, October 17th:

11am-6pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to front entry for check-in & unloading, NO parking)

Saturday, October 18th:

9am-10am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in from exhibitor parking ONLY)

Check-In/Set-up ends at 6pm on Friday, you will not be allowed on the grounds after 6pm.

If you are not at your booth by 10am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Saturday, October 18th: 11am-4pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the front door area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

EXHIBITOR PARKING ADDRESS:

This parking lot is right past the Lake House, down a dirt road. The ground is unstable with gravel and rock, so please be careful as you walk from the parking lot to the Lake House.

FREE PARKING ADDRESS FOR SHOPPERS/GUESTS (PIC BELOW):

Parking will be at the Sam Houston State University parking garage, level 2 and up. Entry is only off of Ivy Steel Avenue.
A complimentary shuttle will pick you up from the parking lot and drop you off directly at the market located at the Lake House. Note no pets can take the shuttle.

Trailer Parking:

You can leave your unhitched trailer for the entirety of the event in the large parking lot mentioned above.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Saturday, October 18th:

4pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to the entrance)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading area. You must be off the premisis by 6pm.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Please leave booth clean and free of any debris.

Step 3: Get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity will not be provided to Exhibitors. You are encouraged to bring a power inverter to provide your own power. Check out good recommendations for electric generators (power inverter) are here.

WIFI is not provided for exhibitors If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
