This is an outdoor market.

What’s Included
Electricity, tables and chairs are not included with your registration.

Tent coverage is only included if the booth option you purchase specifically says “WHITE TENT INCLUDED.”

If you need power, we recommend bringing a power inverter.

Important Note
Booth selections are requests and may occasionally be adjusted if needed.

How to Register

1. Select your preferred booth number.
2. Your price will populate automatically.
3. Add the booth to your cart and complete checkout.
4. Need more space? Select multiple booths.

If a booth is marked Sold Out, it has already been registered and paid for by another vendor.

Saturday, March 7 | 7AM–8:30AM
Saturday morning is dolly-in only. No drive-up access.

Market Hours
Saturday, March 7 | 9AM–5PM
Sunday, March 8 | 9AM–5PM

Breakdown
Sunday after 5PM, once shoppers have cleared the grounds.

Updated vendor set-up information will be posted at bigtop.show/VSU and emailed to the address used during registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 90 days before the event will receive a Big Top account credit for the amount paid. Credits may be used toward a future market. No cash refunds are issued.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@bigtop.show.

If an event is cancelled due to catastrophic weather or a state/local government mandate, your registration will also be issued as a Big Top account credit.
