CHECK YOUR EVENT EMAIL
Event-specific set-up instructions are generally emailed the week of the event. Your email will include your specific location, set-up times, load-in and load-out details. The information below covers our general Big Top event guidelines.
SET-UP & LOAD-IN
Your event email will include your specific arrival and set-up time. Please arrive during your assigned window and follow all event-specific instructions for unloading, parking and booth access.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
Booth assignments and event-specific placement information will be provided by the Big Top team. Please set up only in your assigned space and follow any instructions provided for your event.
YOUR BOOTH
Vendors are responsible for bringing the supplies needed for their booth and creating a clean, professional display. Keep all merchandise, displays and equipment within your assigned booth space.
POWER & WI-FI
Electricity and Wi-Fi availability vary by event and venue. Check your event-specific information before arriving and come prepared with any approved equipment or backup connection you may need.
FOOD VENDORS
Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all required permits by the applicable deadlines. Big Top will provide available local permit information, but vendors are responsible for completing and submitting their own applications.
TRASH & CLEAN-UP
Vendor trash should be placed in the designated dumpster, not shopper trash cans. Break down boxes before disposal and leave your booth area completely clean. Cooking grease and frying oil must be taken off-site for proper disposal.
BREAKDOWN & LOAD-OUT
Breakdown begins when the event closes. Completely pack your booth and clean your space before loading out. At outdoor events, vehicles cannot enter the event grounds until shoppers have cleared and the Big Top team determines it is safe.
WEATHER & POLICIES
Big Top events may operate rain or shine. Refunds or exchanges are not offered. Always watch your email and Big Top communications for event-specific updates.
