WAXAHACHIE BOUTIQUE POP-UP VENDOR INFO

This is a 100% indoor market inside the Waxahachie Civic Center. The space is carpeted and air-conditioned.

What to Bring
Tables and chairs are not included. Please bring your own booth setup and anything else you need for the event.

Tents and tent frames are not allowed indoors.

Electricity is not included with registration. If you need power, please add electricity separately.

Important Notes
Booth selections are requests and may occasionally be adjusted if needed.

No boutique trucks/trailers or food trucks/trailers are permitted at this event.

How to Register

1. Select your preferred booth number.
2. Your price will populate automatically.
3. Add the booth to your cart and complete checkout.
4. Need more space? Select multiple booths.

If a booth is marked Sold Out, it has already been registered and paid for by another vendor.

Vendor Move-In
Friday, August 6 | 11AM–6PM
Saturday, August 7 | 7AM–8:30AM

Move-in times are subject to change.

Market Hours
Saturday, August 7 | 9AM–4PM

Breakdown
Saturday after 4PM, once shoppers have cleared the civic center.
All vendors must be moved out by 6PM.

Vendor Load-In
Use the loading dock located at the back of the Waxahachie Civic Center.

No load-in through the front or side doors.

Set-Up Details
Updated vendor set-up information will be posted at bigtop.show/VSU and emailed to the address used during registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 90 days before the event will receive a Big Top account credit for the amount paid. No cash refunds are issued.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@bigtop.show.

If the event is cancelled due to catastrophic weather or a state/local government mandate, your registration will also be issued as a Big Top account credit.
