Thursday, October 16th:

10 am - 6 pm: Exhibitor Move-In

See the map below for instructions on where to arrive. DO NOT UNLOAD FROM THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING you will need to enter the Expo Hall from the back as shown in the below map.

Friday, October 17th:

10 am- 3:00 pm: Exhibitor Move-In

Drive up for unloading ends at 3:00 pm on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed at the loading dock after 3 pm on Friday. The fair opens at 4 pm on Friday.

If you are not at your booth by 2 pm Friday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Friday, October 17, 4pm - 11pm
Saturday, October 18, 10am - 11pm
Sunday, October 19, 12pm - 9pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Exhibitor Parking:

Exhibitors will be given one exhibitor parking pass to park in the designated Exhibitor parking lot during set up and rodeo hours. Additional may be available for purchased based on availability.

There is parking for unhitched trailers on site.

There are no RV spaces available for Exhibitors on site.

Sunday, October 19, 9 pm - 11 pm:

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event grounds. Sunday evening NO VEHICLES will be able to access the back door/loading dock. You can dolly/wagon/walk your items to your vehicle.

Monday, October 20, 9 am - 3 pm:

Breakdown will begin at 9 am, vehicles will line up in the same manner as set up and will be able to pull up to the loading dock door to load and go. Please breakdown completely, bring all of your items to the loading dock area, go get your vehicle, then load up.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Step 3: Pick up pink tape/booth label and throw away, then get vehicle to come load-up.

There are free and available outlets throughout the venue that Exhibitors may use, please bring power strips and extension cords to be able to run power to your booth as needed.

WIFI can be unreliable, you can also bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
