BOUTIQUE TRUCK/TRAILER
- GENERATORS/POWER:
Exhibitors must be POWER INDEPENDENT. Big Top Entertainment does not provide generators or overnight power to
boutique truck or trailer exhibitors.
- LENGTH:
booth spaces are 45’ in total length which includes any back door or gate
that they would like to have down.Spaces are measured for a truck or trailer with a body length of 35’ and
10’ for the door or gate to be opened.
- AWNING:
6’ is accounted for to accommodate an open awning.This 6’ area can be used for merchandising
and display.
- POP
UP TENTS: pop up tents may be used within the 45’ provided space if the
tent is in-line with your trailer.Pop up tents cannot be placed in front of the trailer, which would
exceed the 6’ of awning space provided and potentially block the customer isle
walkway.
- DOOR/PASSENGER
SIDE/DRIVER SIDE/BACK ACCESS:
- All trailers are assumed to have an access door
on the passenger side.If a
truck/trailer needs customer access to the driver side door, they need to
contact info@Bigtop.show and it should be
documented in their registration and email the Production team so that we can
make accommodations.
- 10’ is included in their registration to account for leaning their back door/gate down.There is no additional space, outside of the 45’ feet included in their registration, for doors, tents or any other display.
- All trailers are assumed to have an access door
