BOUTIQUE TRUCK/TRAILER

  • GENERATORS/POWER: Exhibitors must be POWER INDEPENDENT. Big Top Entertainment does not provide generators or overnight power to boutique truck or trailer exhibitors.

  • LENGTH: booth spaces are 45’ in total length which includes any back door or gate that they would like to have down.Spaces are measured for a truck or trailer with a body length of 35’ and 10’ for the door or gate to be opened.

  • AWNING: 6’ is accounted for to accommodate an open awning. This 6’ area can be used for merchandising and display.

  • POP UP TENTS: pop up tents may be used within the 45’ provided space if the tent is in-line with your trailer.Pop up tents cannot be placed in front of the trailer, which would exceed the 6’ of awning space provided and potentially block the customer isle walkway.

  • DOOR/PASSENGER SIDE/DRIVER SIDE/BACK ACCESS:
    • All trailers are assumed to have an access door on the passenger side.If a truck/trailer needs customer access to the driver side door, they need to contact info@Bigtop.show and it should be documented in their registration and email the Production team so that we can make accommodations.

    • 10’ is included in their registration to account for leaning their back door/gate down. There is no additional space, outside of the 45’ feet included in their registration, for doors, tents or any other display.
