Friday, June 6th:

11am-6pm: Exhibitor Move-In at loading dock (See map for check-in & unloading directions)

Saturday, June 7th:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In at loading dock (Vehicles aren't allowed inside the Convention Center)

Drive up for unloading ends at 6pm on Friday, you will not be allowed on the premises after 6pm and you must vacate the grounds.

The Convention Center will be locked overnight for security.

If you are not at your booth by 8:00am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Saturday, June 7th: 9am-10pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS SATURDAY. YOU WILL NOT BE WELCOME TO ANY BIG TOP EVENTS IF YOU LEAVE EARLY.

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the unloading area by your booth.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Trailer Parking:

You can leave your unhitched trailer for the entirety of the event. Trailer parking is first come first serve. All other Exhibitors should take their trailer home or park unhitched in either parking area.

This map just shows the Shuttle Route in yellow and how it travels from the Mesquite Convention Center to the Free overflow parking lot.

Saturday, June 7th:

10pm-Midnight: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to SAME check-in spot AFTER breaking down and cleaning booth)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock. All exhibitors must be off the premises by midnight.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth.

Step 3: Get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity is sold on our website and the deadline to purchase is June 4th. You are encouraged to bring a power inverter to provide your own power. Check out good recommendations for electric generators (power inverter) at: https://bigtop.show/blog/electric.

A free WIFI connection is provided by the hotel but this is NOT a secure connection. If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes behind the Convention Center.
