HOT Fair 2022 Set Up Details

Loading dock is located in the back of the BASE building, do not unload from the front of the building.  Drive around the building to the back loading dock.

Trash/dumpster usage: there is an on site dumpster located at the loading dock for all Exhibitor trash and boxes.  Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.

Food Vendors: State of Texas law requires that grease and cooking oil be disposed of in an approved facility.  The dumpster is not approved.  You must take all oil and grease with you off site and dispose of it properly.

The Big Top Team will be on site finishing our set up.  If you would like to move in on Tuesday please reply to this email or text Jeannine at 936-900-1509 so we can expect you.

WEDNESDAY - 9AM - 7:00PM

THURSDAY - 9AM - 5:00PM

YOU MUST BE ON SITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS.
Failure to be on site may result in you being ejected from the market, your booth will be taken down and removed from the event.

All Exhibitors will be able to enter the building 1 hour prior to opening.  You may also drive to the loading dock for re-stocking as needed.

Every day of the fair.  If you attept to park in a customer parking lot you will be required to pay the customer parking fee.

 Loading Dock: Expect some congestion.  You will need to unload your vehicle, then go park, then come back to set up and merchandise.

We have found that there is a steady stream all day and not a "good time" or "bad time" to come.  The earlier you come the cooler it is.  Lunch time and after 6p tend to be the busiest.

DO NOT unload from the front of the building.

Do not unpack or merchandise anything until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

You will access the Loading Dock from this address also.

Follow the white arrow in the photo to connect from the Exhibitor parking lot to the Loading Dock of the BASE building. 

This is the parking lot you will be parking in every day of HOT Fair.  If you attempt to park in the Cutomer Parking areas you will be charged to park.

TRAILER PARKING 

You can leave your unhitched trailer for the entierty of the event in the large parking lot located at:

LOAD OUT OPTIONS:

Breakdown starts Sunday October 16 at 11pm OR when customers leave the market - YES we have paying customers still shopping at closing.

• At the close of business, break down your booth completely.
   
• Ensure no trash is in your booth; this includes rubber bands, zip ties, plastic wrap, empty boxes, food trash and anything that you don't want to take home with you.
   
• Dumpsters are provided at the loading dock.
   
• When you are packed and ready to go, find an attendant - we will be wearing safety vests. 
   
• The attendant will inspect your booth and if you are good-to-go you will be given a breakdown pass.
   
• Once you have a breakdown pass you can begin to load out.
  
  
• In some cases you may able to drive in to load your vehicle.  It depends on many factors including your vehicle, trailer, booth location and size of load out.
  
  
• DO NOT BREAK DOWN EARLY.
