Saturday, October 24: 10AM-11PM
Sunday, October 25: 12PM-9PM

SET UP HOURS:

Friday, October 23: 7AM-3:30PM
Saturday, October 24: 8AM-10AM
Sunday, October 25: 10AM-12PM

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to another event happening at the Brazos County Expo on MONDAY following the rodeo, all Exhibitors must be moved out no later than 11:59 PM on SUNDAY.  There will be NO Monday move out.


Exhibitors may enter the building one hours prior to opening each fair day to refresh their booth. 
Move in and set up details will be emailed two weeks prior to the event.

All registered and paid Exhibitors will receive 2 Exhibitor badges; all parking is free to Exhibitors and the general public.  Additional passes and badges may be available for purchase at Exhibitor Set Up based on availability. 
 
RV spaces are not available at Brazos County Expo, there are RV parks, hotels and B&Bs in the Bryan and. College Station area.  We recommend you make accommodation reservations soon after your Exhibitor registration as the area tends to sell out quickly around Fair & Rodeo days.

Refunds/Event Rain Out:

Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.  There are no cash refunds. 

All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to info@bigtop.show.

In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.

The market is rain or shine.
