TEXAS ROOTS SPRING MARKET VENDOR INFO

This is an outdoor market located at Pine Market in the Harvest Market parking lot.

What to Bring
This market is on concrete and does not include electricity, tables or chairs. Please bring your own setup, including anything you need to operate your booth comfortably and successfully.

If you need power, we recommend bringing a power inverter.

How to Register

1. Select your preferred booth number.
2. Your price will populate automatically.
3. Add the booth to your cart and complete checkout.
4. Need more space? Select multiple booths.

Booth selections are requests and may occasionally be adjusted if needed.

If a booth is marked Sold Out, it has already been registered and paid for by another vendor.

Breakdown
Saturday after 4PM, once shoppers have cleared the event area.
All vendors must be moved out by 6PM.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received at least 90 days before the event will receive a Big Top account credit for the amount paid. No cash refunds are issued.

Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@bigtop.show.

If the event is cancelled due to catastrophic weather or a state/local government mandate, your registration will also be issued as a Big Top account credit.
