Thursday, July 4th:

9am-4pm: Exhibitor/Sponsor Move-In (Drive up to your booth)

4pm-5pm: Exhibitor/Sponsor Move-In (Dolly in only)

Drive up for unload ends at 4p, no vehicle traffic will be allowed on the event grounds after 4p. Generally speaking all booth are assigned on arrival.

Market Hours: Tuesday, 5pm-10:00pm

Firework display is scheduled to begin at 10p, we will monitor shopper traffic, IF we decided that the market area has low traffic we will allow dolly/carry out breakdown to begin at 8:30p. There will be an officer on-site directing traffic to let you leave with your vehicle.

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking then set up your booth.

Exhibitors/Sponsors parking before 4p:

Exhibitors will have a FREE designated parking lot on the left side of the Randall Reed Stadium. There will be limited trailer parking & it will be first come, first serve.

Customers and helpers arriving after 4p:

$10 CASH cement parking lot located at Randall Reed Stadium

Thursday, July 4th:

8:30pm-10:30pm: Exhibitor/Sponsor Move-Out (Dolly out only)

10:30pm-close: Exhibitor/Sponsor Move-Out (Drive up)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and local police have determined it is safe to bring vehicles into the event grounds.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, dolly your items to your vehicle

Step 3: If you wait until fireworks are over (approximately 11pm) a local police officer will let you bring your vehicle to your booth to load up.

*Please note the NEW MAP we have added that shows exhibitors will park in a designated parking lot to the left of the Randall Reed Stadium.
