Friday, January 24th:

11am-6pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to loading dock in the back of the Civic Center-NOT the circle driveway in the front of the building)

Saturday, January 25th:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to loading dock in the back of the Civic Center-NOT the circle driveway in the front of the building)

Drive up for unloading & setting up ends at 6p on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed at the loading dock after 6p on Friday and we are required to vacate the building at 6pm.

If you are not at your booth by 8am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours: Saturday, January 25th, 9am-4pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Exhibitor Parking Friday:

Free Exhibitor parking anywhere in the Civic Center parking lot.

Exhibitor Parking Saturday:
Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave. Park in the far side, back row, furthest parking spot you can find from the front door. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like. Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk. Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Saturday, January 25th:

4pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to loading dock)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will confirm your booth is clean and ready to leave.

Step 3: Upon approval, go get vehicle to come load-up.

We are coordinating the electricity drops on behalf of Waxahachie Civic Center. Electricity cut off has passed, if you need electricity please email info@bigtop.show and we will see if the Convention Center can add you. You cannot add electricity the day of the event.

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors but WIFI is NOT a secure network and we always recommend bringing your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
