11am-6pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to front door for check-in & unloading)

 

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in only)

 

 

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like.  Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk.  Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

3pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to front doors)

 

We are coordinating the electricity drops on behalf of Baytown Community Center and you will be allowed to plug into outlets onsite. Please make sure to bring extension cords and tape to reach your outlet and then tape the extension cords down to the ground. You cannot add electricity the day of the event.

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors.Please note that the WiFi connection is NOT secure. If you need a secure connection, you can also bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot.  I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
