11am-8pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive to loading dock at the back of building)

**The loading dock entrance is right across the street from the parking garage.

This loading dock only has ONE entrance/exit and is very tight once you enter. Please DO NOT park in any parking spots at the loading dock because The Marriott WILL TOW. You must park on the curb where a Big Top Employee directs you or get in line for one of two lanes of traffic at the loading dock. 

 

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in only)

 

 

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like.  Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk.  Utilize the parking area in front of the parking garage for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

5pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to front doors)

 

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott is offering electric drops at a fee. You must register here to purchase electricity and register before July 18th. Make sure to bring extension cords and tape to reach your outlet and then tape the extension cords down to the ground. You cannot add electricity the day of the event.

Directions on registering: 

-Check box "power" and select how many outlets/units

-Conference attending will be "Big Top Entertainment"

-Company is YOUR company name

-Booth # is the booth you registered for

-You don't have to enter description or upload diagram

-Rental date will be July 20th, 2024

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors. Please note that the WiFi connection is NOT secure. If you need a secure connection, you can also bring your own cellular devices/mobile hot spot or purchase a secure connection on-site. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
