Sunday, May 19th:

10am-2pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to HEB Picnic Gate for check-in & will be directed to unload area)

Drive up for unloading ends at 2p on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed at the HEB Picnic Gate after 2p on Sunday.

If you are not at your booth by 1pm Sunday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Please remember, this is a covered event and tents are NOT PERMITTED, even if it's just for your display.

All exhibitors will receive 2 exhibitor passes to the event (free parking for all) per 10x10 and additional helpers/employees will need to purchase a general admission ticket for $15 below:

Market Hours: Sunday, May 19th, 2pm-6pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the front door area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Exhibitors will load in from the HEB Picnic Gate - you will check in at the gate then be shown your booth. You will need to carry/dolly/wagon in from the curb side then park in the back of the parking lot. The red dotted line is the egress for you to move in - it is all on cement and no steps.

Exhibitor Parking Sunday:
Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave. Park in the far side, back row, furthest parking spot you can find from the front door. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

Trailer Parking:
Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk. Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Sunday, May 19th:

6pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to front doors)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the entrance.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will give you Breakdown pass when booth has been checked.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

Constellation field will not be providing electricity for this event. If you need electricity, let us know when you show up for check-in and we may be able to relocate you to a spot near an outlet (This is NOT GUARANTEED). Please make sure to bring extension cords and tape to reach your outlet and then tape the extension cords down to the ground.

There is no WIFI provided for exhibitors. If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.
