Friday, March 8th:

11am-8pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to pavilion)

*Security will be present overnight for you to leave your products*

Saturday, March 9th:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in only)

Drive up for unloading ends at 8p on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed near the pavilion after 8p on Friday.

If you are not at your booth by 8am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours: Saturday, March 9th, 9am-5pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Exhibitor Parking:

Please show the parking attendant the pass below in this email in order to get free parking for you as the exhibitor. No one else will be able to use this pass except for exhibitors.

Exhibitor Parking Friday:

Free Exhibitor parking anywhere in the Epicenter parking lot.

Exhibitor Parking Saturday:
Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave. Park in the far side, back row, furthest parking spot you can find from the front door. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like. Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk. Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Shopper Parking:

Parking for shoppers is $10, required by the Fort Bend Epicenter upon parking, not Big Top Entertainment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Saturday, March 9th:

5pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to pavilion)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the pavilion.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will give you Breakdown pass when booth has been checked.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

We are coordinating the electricity drops on behalf of Fort Bend Epicenter. Electricity cut off has passed, if you need electricity please email info@bigtop.show and we will see if the Epicenter can add you. You cannot add electricity the day of the event.

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors.
