Friday, March 1st:

11am-8pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to clubhouse)

*Security will be present overnight for you to leave your products*

Saturday, March 2nd:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in only)

Drive up for unloading ends at 8p on Friday, no vehicle traffic will be allowed near the clubhouse after 8p on Friday.

If you are not at your booth by 8am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours: Saturday, March 2nd, 9am-5pm

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

Exhibitor Parking Friday:

Free Exhibitor parking anywhere in the clubhouse parking lot.

Exhibitor Parking Saturday:
Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave. Park in the far side, back row, furthest parking spot you can find from the front door. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

Trailer Parking:
You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you'd like. Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk. Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Saturday, March 2nd:

5pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to pavilion)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the pavilion.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will give you Breakdown pass when booth has been checked.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

The Willow Creek Golf Club will have electric ports throughout the facility. We are not guaranteeing ports will be near every booth, so please bring extension cords if you are needing electric.

WIFI is provided for all exhibitors.

You can also bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

A Friendly Reminder:

The booth you have purchased is NEVER your guaranteed location. If a show has to be condensed due to cancellations, or we have issues with the location of your booth, etc., we may have to move your booth location. Please remember that we will never put you in a worse location and your success is our sucess!
