Friday, December 8th:

11am-8pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to front entry for check-in & unloading)

Saturday, December 9th:

7am-8:30am: Exhibitor Move-In (Dolly in from exhibitor parking ONLY)

YOU MUST BE PRESENT FOR BOTH DAYS OF THE MARKET & YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SET-UP ON SUNDAY.

Drive up for unloading ends at 8pm on Friday, you will not be allowed to unload from the entrance after 8pm.

If you are not at your booth by 8am Saturday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Saturday, December 9th: 9am-5pm

Sunday, December 10th: 9am-5pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the front door area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

You will be able to drive up to your booth until we can no longer get vehicles in the park. If you have a trailer plan to come early Friday. Be prepared with a dolly/wagon as you may have to carry items depending when you arrive, where your booth is located and how many of your neighbors have moved in before you.

All exhibitors will Enter at the Trolley Entrance HERE.

Reminders:

Speed limit 10 MPH.
Stay to the right, as the Trolley uses this path.
Height limit 10.5 feet tall – if your vehicle is taller than 10.5 feet, e-mail info@bigtop.show for special instructions.
NO LOADING from the circle drive in front of the park (looking at Market Street)
NO LOADING or parking at the Montgomery County Library. THE LIBRARY WILL TOW VEHICLES.
NO STAKES ALLOWED IN THE GROUND-only weights to hold down tents
Please prepare for WET GROUNDS. Bring rugs, towels, rain boots, and anything else you think can help with your set-up and display on wet grounds.
Security will be on site over night so that you can leave all of your products in your tent over night and don't have to re-setup in the morning.

Expect some congestion. You will need to unload your vehicle, then go park, then come back to set up and merchandise.

Vendor Parking: Friday after unload, Saturday and Sunday.

Park legally and Respect other businesses as they were your own. No parking at Tinseltown Movie Theater, The Woodlands Mall, or Market Street.

TRAILERS: can be parked at your own risk in either of the above locations. There are a few street level parking spots at the entrance of the Town Center Parking Garage, there is also a small ground level parking lot just behind/passed the parking garage where you can park trailers

Sunday, December 10th:

5pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to the entrance)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will give you Breakdown pass when booth has been checked.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity will not be provided to Exhibitors. You are encouraged to bring a power inverter to provide your own power. Check out good recommendations for electric generators (power inverter) at: https://bigtop.show/blog/electric

WIFI is not provided for exhibitors If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
