Sunday, November 26th:

10am-4pm: Exhibitor Move-In (Drive up to front entry for check-in & unloading)

Drive up for unloading ends at 4pm on Sunday, you will not be allowed to unload from the entrance after 4pm.

If you are not at your booth by 3pm Sunday, your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

Market Hours:

Sunday, November 26th: 4pm-8pm

YOU MUST BE ONSITE DURING ALL MARKET HOURS

Step 1: Arrive and check-in with Big Top Team Member

Step 2: Unload your vehicle and bring to your booth.

Do not unpack any items or set up until you have moved your vehicle from the front door area.

Step 3: Move your vehicle then set up your booth.

There is a FREE parking garage for exhibitors right across from the City Place Marriott. Please make sure to observe any parking signs to avoid any fines.

Trailer Parking:

You can leave your unhitched trailer at any legal parking area at CityPlace. We do not have a designated parking area for trailers.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

Sunday, November 26th:

8pm: Exhibitor Move-Out (Dolly out or drive up to the entrance)

Breakdown begins when customers have left the event ground and we have determined it is safe to bring vehicles to the loading dock.

Step 1: Breakdown booth completely.

Step 2: Once packed, find attendant to check booth

Big Top Attendant will give you Breakdown pass when booth has been checked.

Step 3: Bring breakdown pass and get vehicle to come load-up.

Electricity will not be provided to Exhibitors. There will be park lights, a Christmas Tree Lighting, and light poles to illuminate the market area. You are encouraged to bring a power inverter to provide your own power. Check out good recommendations for electric generators (power inverter) at: https://bigtop.show/blog/electric

WIFI is not provided for exhibitors If you need a secure connection, you can bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot. I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

Trash/dumpster useage: there is an on site dumpster for all Exhibitor trash and boxes. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.
