Trash/dumpster usage: there is an on site dumpster located near the pool house. Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.

SATURDAY 4/1 - 8AM - 8:30AM
If you are not in your booth by 8:30am your booth may be reassigned to someone else.
MARKET HOURS:
SATURDAY - 9AM - 5PM
STEP 1:
Arrive and check in with a Big Top Team member.
STEP 2:
Unload your vehicle and take to your booth.
Do not unpack or merchandise anything until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.
STEP 3:
Move your vehicle, then set up your booth.
PARKING:
FRIDAY: park in the parking lot as you set up your booth.
SATURDAY: park in the City Hall parking lot and enter the building by the front doors.

LOAD OUT OPTIONS:
Breakdown starts Saturday at 5pm OR when customers leave the market.
- At the close of business, break down your booth completely.
- Ensure no trash is in your both this includes rubber bands, zip ties, plastic wrap, empty boxes, food trash and anything that you don't want to take home with you.
- Dumpsters are provided at the loading dock.
- When you are packed and ready to go find an attendant - we will be wearing safety vests.
- The attendant will inspect your booth and if you are good-to-go you will be given a breakdown pass.
- Once you have a breakdown pass you can begin to load out.
Load Out Options:
Roll out: if you have small light weight items and can carry/dolly/wagon your items to your vehicle this is the best and fastest option.
Drive UP: if you have larger/heavier items and want to drive to the loading zone.
