Loading dock is located in the back of the Marriott off of Six Pines drive.

Here are a few ways to spread the word:

Breakfast & lunch options:  Marriott has a full service restaurant located in the lobby that has breakfast and lunch  options.  It is pricey.  You may want to consider bringing your own lunch with you as we will not have hot food exhibitors at this market.  There is an HEB and several restaurants near by.

Food permits are required if you are offering samples.  If you are unsure if you need a food permit please contact the health department directly to ask any questions.  You can download the food permit online, click here.

The Marriott runs, charges and manages all electricity hook ups.  Please fill out the online form and email to deljuana.decuir@avms.com , click here.

We have prepaid for all Exhibitors to have 1 free wifi access code. 

Trash/dumpster usage: there is an on site dumpster located at the loading dock for all Exhibitor trash and boxes.  Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.

At closing on Saturday please remove all trash from your booth and pull up the floor tape.

Food Vendors: State of Texas law requires that grease and cooking oil be disposed of in an approved facility.  The dumpster is not approved.  You must take all oil and grease with you off site and dispose of it properly.

LOAD IN OPTIONS:

Loading Dock: best if you have a trailer, larger and heavier items.  Expect some congestion.  You will need to unload your vehicle, then go park, then come back to set up and merchandise.

Do not unpack or merchandise anything until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Parking Garage: best if you have a dolly/wagon, lighter items, or do not want to wait in line at the loading dock (plus you get to stay in the AC).

To get to the convention center from the parking garage:

• Park on garage level 4
• Take the sky bridge (indoor/ac) on level 4 to the Marriott
• Take the elevator or escalator down to level 1 and you will be at the Boutique Pop Up!

FRIDAY - DURING SET UP

When you are ready to park you can park anywhere in the Town Center Parking garage.  The sky bridge is located on level 4.  There is an elevator in the garage that can take you to level 4.

SATURDAY - DURING MARKET HOURS

In the Town Center Parking garage on any level EXCEPT LEVEL 4.  Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

TRAILER PARKING

There are outdoor parking spaces just beyond the parking garage where you can drop trailers.  As you drive into the parking garage area the garage will be to your left, there are a few outdoor parking spaces to your right and more if you continue straight.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

LOAD OUT OPTIONS:

Breakdown starts Saturday at 5pm OR when customers leave the market - YES we have paying customers past 5p sometimes until 6pm.

• At the close of business, break down your booth completely.
   
• Ensure no trash is in your booth; this includes rubber bands, zip ties, plastic wrap, empty boxes, food trash and anything that you don't want to take home with you.
   
• Dumpsters are provided at the loading dock.
   
• When you are packed and ready to go, find an attendant - we will be wearing safety vests. 
   
• The attendant will inspect your booth and if you are good-to-go you will be given a breakdown pass.
   
• Once you have a breakdown pass you can begin to load out.

Load Out Options:

Loading Dock: best if you have a trailer, larger and heavier items.  Expect some congestion. 

• Bring all of your items to the loading dock door
• Go get your vehicle
• Load your vehicle

Parking Garage: best if you have a dolly/wagon, lighter items, or do not want to wait in line at the loading dock. 

• Utilize the elevator and/or escalator to carry/dolly/wagon your items to the sky bridge and parking garage.
