This is the first public look at the new floor plan. Note that changes may still be made. The final floor plan will be presented during the Zoom call. NEW: there will be limited outdoor space available for tent exhibitors and boutique truck/trailer spaces.
Melissa has pre-assigned everyone who expressed interest in returning to HOT. She will be reaching out to you one on one via email between now and June 1 with your assignment and registration link if you would like to claim the space pre-assigned.
The pre-assigned location is based on your display, display needs (corner, non corner, 360) and diversifying the product mix in each area of the market.
TO REGISTER: you will be emailed a link to register on or before June 1, 2022.
REGISTRATION TIMELINE:
Returning Exhibitors 2021: starting June 1
New Exhibitors: starting June 16
PAYMENT PLAN: we can set up a payment plan for you. Generally payment plans are 50% on deposit, 50% due no later than September 1, 2022.
