We are excited to bring the Texas Wine Experience to the Heart O Texas Fair & Rodeo. Wine Exhibitors may select which dates they would like to participate. This is an opportunity for you to connect, market and bring brand awareness to the Central Texas marketplace.
This is a marketing initiative for complimentary wine tastings of your selection.
Wine may not be sold by the glass, but bottles are able to be retailed with appropriate TABC licensing.
You must be on site working your booth every day during all open hours. Missed days at market will result in being ejected from the market without refund.

Refunds/Event Rain Out:
Cancellations given 90 days prior to the event: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market. There are no cash refunds. All cancellation requests must be given by email notice to [email protected]
In the event of a catastrophic weather scinario or mandate from state/local govenrment to not have the market due to public or health safety concerns: your Big Top Entertainment account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.
The market is rain or shine.
Admission: general admission to the public paid with an average ticket price of $15.
Families, strollers and wagons are welcome.
Vendor Parking: All vendors will be given 1 parking pass to allow for free parking during set up and market hours. There is not "reserved" parking for Exhibitors. If you would like a front row space to park please arrive one hour before the market opens. When you arrive you will be placed in general parking in the next available space.
Cargo Trailer Parking: Trailers are premitted to stay on site for the duration of the market.
