Breakfast & lunch options:  Beaumont Civic Center will be hosting a concession stand on site at the event.  The concession stand will have standard snacks and drinks.  You may want to consider bringing your own lunch with you as we will not have hot food exhibitors at this market.  There are several restaurants near by.

Food permits are required if you are offering samples.  If you are unsure if you need a food permit please contact the health department directly to ask any questions.  You can download the food permit online, click here.

We are coordinating the electricitry drops on behalf of Beaumnt Civic Center.  To add electricity please click here.  Cut off for Electricity orders is Monday, July 11.

WIFI is not available from this venue.  Please bring your own cellular devices or mobile hot spot.  I have a recommended hot spot on the blog, click here.

EXHIBITORS REGISTERED FOR ELECTRICITY DROPS:

Trash/dumpster usage: there is an on site dumpster located at the loading dock for all Exhibitor trash and boxes.  Break down boxes before placing them in the dumpster.

At closing on Saturday please remove all trash from your booth and pull up the floor tape.

Food Vendors: State of Texas law requires that grease and cooking oil be disposed of in an approved facility.  The dumpster is not approved.  You must take all oil and grease with you off site and dispose of it properly.

If you are not in your booth by 8:30am SATURDAY your booth may be reassigned to someone else.

LOAD IN OPTIONS:

Loading Dock: best if you have a trailer, larger and heavier items.  Expect some congestion.  You will need to unload your vehicle, then go park, then come back to set up and merchandise.

Do not unpack or merchandise anything until you have moved your vehicle from the loading dock area.

Parking Lot: best if you have a dolly/wagon, lighter items, or do not want to wait in line at the loading dock.

FRIDAY - DURING SET UP

When you are ready to park you can park anywhere in the parking lot.

SATURDAY - DURING MARKET HOURS

Be mindful that shoppers are coming to spend money with you, if they cannot find good parking they may leave.  Park in the far side, back row, furthers parking spot you can find from the front door. Let's keep the BEST PARKING for the SHOPPERS.

TRAILER PARKING

You can leave your unhitched trailer over night Friday if you like.  Leaving your trailer is always at your own risk.  Utilize the back row of parking for your trailer.

Parking is always first come, first serve, but we do not expect to run out.

LOAD OUT OPTIONS:

Breakdown starts Saturday at 5pm OR when customers leave the market - YES we have paying customers past 5p sometimes until 6pm.

• At the close of business, break down your booth completely.
   
• Ensure no trash is in your booth; this includes rubber bands, zip ties, plastic wrap, empty boxes, food trash and anything that you don't want to take home with you.
   
• Dumpsters are provided at the loading dock.
   
• When you are packed and ready to go, find an attendant - we will be wearing safety vests. 
   
• The attendant will inspect your booth and if you are good-to-go you will be given a breakdown pass.
   
• Once you have a breakdown pass you can begin to load out.

Load Out Options:

Loading Dock: best if you have a trailer, larger and heavier items.  Expect some congestion. 

• Bring all of your items to the loading dock door
• Go get your vehicle
• Load your vehicle

Parking Lot: best if you have a dolly/wagon, lighter items, or do not want to wait in line at the loading dock. 

• Carry/dolly/wagon your items from the front or back door to your vehicle.

We had to adjust the floor plan for this event due to low Exhibitor turn out.  However, this is the best performing market on social media so I'm expecting GREAT sales for everyone.

Current Schedule
